The DURBAR deck furniture line is a proposal for luxurious upholstered outdoor furniture.

Due to the aging effect of rain and sunrays, most - if not all - outdoor furniture is either left bare, or when cushioning is provided, it needs to be stowed away or hidden behind a protective cover.

The DURBAR chair and ottoman are designed in such a manner that they can be flipped over so a protective roof is formed.

The comfortable breathing seating surface is covered by a hard protective shell that allows the chair and ottoman to be stacked.

The name DURBAR is derived from the Bouddhist temples in Kathmandu's Durbar Square which have the same distinctive shape as a stack of chairs and ottomans.
